A few months ago, I had an opportunity to take a tour of a fully renovated unit in Continuum South Beach Condominium – South Tower. The unit I toured was listed courtesy of my very good friend Josh Stein. I have always believed that Continuum South Tower is located in the best location in all of South Florida. The building has performed consistently well in sales and resales. Newer buildings have been built in South Beach – namely Apogee and Setai South Beach but I still believe the best location/views are available at Continuum South Beach.

Recently (and finally) I was able to take some time off and experiment with some new equipment we acquired at Miami Condo Realty. I took the time to go over and shoot a quick video at Midtown Miami. I wanted to take this video to show the public what the development currently looks like. Recently when Art Basel 2008 came to town, Midtown Miami came alive like never before. Since then many businesses are preparing their retail spaces for launch. So here is a quick clip we threw together. We promise the next one will include voiceover:

ICON Brickell – WOW! Recently I toured ICON Brickell and I was blown away. I did have to admit I was skeptical before I took this tour. I felt that the large scale of this development (almost 1800 units) would have a major impact on the views from each unit. I had also seen some photos on other blogs and websites and the photos didn’t do this development justice. You must see this building to believe it. It is massive. Everything in this building was imagined to be larger than life.

ICON Brickell was developed by The Related Group and inspired by Philippe Starck. Among the many features of this building are a magnificent bayfront location in Brickell, restaurants at ground floor and on the pool deck, a signature viceroy hotel component, a massive 316-foot long swimming pool, magnificent spa area and services and rooftop lounge.

Recently I had the pleasure of touring The Ivy at Riverfront along the Miami River. I was pleasantly surprised by the views offered from the building. Before my tour I expected the area to be congested with too many buildings which would all block each other's views but blockage was minimal when you are actually in the units. The lobby and common areas turned out well and the kitchens turned out better than many other developments. Here are the photos of The Ivy:



The Ivy was developed by Key International and along with it's sister project Mint (which is under-construction) and Neo, LLC's Wind Condominium it is situated in the 13.5 acre private riverfront enclave.
