In May of 2009 I took a few tours of Marquis Miami Condo just as the building had opened to brokers. Marquis Condos is a brand new luxury Downtown Miami Condo which is one of the tallest condominium projects ever built south of New York and which is expected to open this month. I was able to take many photos of Marquis which I posted earlier and I did take my video camera in to take some video as well. The video I shot is below and I will reset the video embed once YouTube enables the HD on this file. Also please keep in mind that this video was taken in May of 2009 so some of the common areas did not have furniture, etc.
