Today’s photo is of the view from the master bath in the Jade Ocean Penthouse. I had the privilege of touring this amazing residence before it was sold. It was one of the best properties available in South Florida in one of the newest buildings constructed in Sunny Isles Beach. There were two penthouses in the building which were side by side. Each was approximately 8,332 sq ft of interior. This one sold for $7,500,000 in November of 2009. The other penthouse also sold in November of 2009 but for $7,600,000.
