Salvatore - This unit is pending sale. We had reduced the asking price to $190,000 before we received a contract. It is of course a short sale so ultimately the lender on the original loan has to approved the sale. At $190,000 we would have been priced at approximately $225 per sq ft. The unit did include one parking space but it was without installed flooring. At the moment all of the units listed in the building are asking $279 per sq ft and up. Some of the owners I am sure are willing to negotiate while others may not be motivated.

You can see all the inventory here:

Dear Samir,
I am an italian looking for an investment. I already have friends that bought units at the Marina Blue but for less.
Do you think the price could drop a little more? Does the unit have as well the parking?
Looking forward to your reply
Best regards,
Salvatore Cannizzaro
